Our very first time at Taco Bell and we was looking forward to trying it. Ordered 2 lots of the same meal. Got back home to find only one. Wrote twice to Taco Bell. Phoned and lady said to wait for a reply. Zero since. They took £13 off me. I'm going to take this further. Such a shame as we enjoyed the food. Is this how they treat first time potential customers. Bad business sense because we will never take our business there again! 😥😔
I can not understand how Taco Bell has taken off in this country, this is in no way any better than getting a home Old El Passo kit. Taco's are tiny, brittle, disappointing wallets of sadness. Taco's need to be the size of half a dinner plate, crispy, filled with delicious things, and most importantly - hold it's shape. If you don't know what I'm talking about, have a look on YouTube for Prince Rupert Drop, which is same physics used in Taco Bell Taco Creation.

Not a single GCSE in sight... over a hour and half to get the order, called the restaurant they blame the driver, the driver arrives and blames the restaurant, all the food is completely wrong and to top things off we even get a wrap with no filling !!
Food tastes nice, portions are terrible though. Tiny everything, not worth the money. Have repeatedly made mistakes with our drinks orders too, which is hard to understand when it's just grabbing the right coloured can.
